All catering orders require a minimum of 48 hours (2 business day) notice.
For larger parties of 100 or more, we may require up to 5 days notice. Please enquire
A 48 hour cancellation notice must be provided, and any last minute cancellations
will be charged 50% of the original order price.
Prices do not include GST, delivery charges or gratuities.
We charge an automatic gratuity of 12% on all drop off catering, 18% on all staffed events, and 20% on plated dinners.
All Catering orders must be paid in full 48 hours in advance of the delivery date.
All orders placed will be subject to a $5.00 Fuel surcharge
Event bookings require a 25% non-refundable deposit upon acceptance of quote. Finalizations to numbers and menu can be made up to 48 hours before the date, and at such time, the final payment is due.
Service Staff rates: (minimum 4 hours)
Manager or supervisor $60/hour
Chef or carving station $55/hour
Rentals: Any lost or broken items will be charged at full price
Wedding tasting menu: $50 pp
$40 (within 15km)
Over 25 km please call for Delivery fee
Set up and/or tear down fee $45/hr
**Casalinga Food Services does make food items that contain nuts and other items known to cause allergies. Though we take every precaution to ensure proper sanitation, we cannot guarantee that there will be no cross-contamination in all of our dishes. Casalinga Food Services will not be held liable for reactions to our food offerings.
