Menu and Customization

 

1. What types of cuisine do you specialize in?

     •  We love cooking all varieties of cuisines, but our specialty is Italian & Mediterranean. We also accommodate vegan/vegetarian options, and can customize international themes upon request.

2. Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

     •  Yes, we cater to dietary needs, including gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. Just let us know in advance. As we are not a nut or gluten-free facility, we cannot fully guarantee that your food is completely allergen free and we will not be held liable for reactions to our food.

3. Do you offer tasting sessions?

     •  Yes, we provide tasting sessions for $50 for two people

4. Can we customize the menu?

     •   Absolutely! We can tailor the menu to fit your preferences and event theme.

 

Pricing and Payment

 

5. How is pricing structured?

     •  Our pricing is per person and varies based on the menu selected, type of service, and additional add-ons like bar service or rentals.

6. Do you require a deposit?

     • Yes, we require a 25% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due 48 hours before the event.

7. Are there additional fees (e.g., service charge, gratuity)?

     • We charge delivery fees, GST, gratuities, and fuel surcharge. the breakdown is as follows:

 Delivery fees:

  •  $40 (within 15km)

  •  $50  (16-25km)

  •  Over 25 km please call for Delivery fee

  Gratuities:

  •  12% for all deliveries

  • 18%on all staffed events

  • 20% on plated dinners

 Other fees:

  •  $5 fuel surcharge on all deliveries

  •  $35/hr set up fee if set up takes longer than 30 minutes to complete

  •   5% GST

   

Services Provided

 

8. What kind of catering do you offer?

     • We offer two types of catering services to meet your needs:

  1. Drop-off Catering: ideal for corporate lunches, business meetings, staff training sessions, or homestyle meals delivered right to your door.

  2. Full Service Catering: Perfect for private events, dinner or cocktail parties, memorial receptions, interactive food stations, weddings, galas, and even personal chef services, providing a seamless and memorable dining experience

9. Do you provide staff for the event?

     • Yes, we provide professional servers, bartenders, and chefs as needed. Staffing costs are dependent on the type of catering you need.

10. Do you offer rentals (e.g., tables, chairs, linens)?

     •  Yes, we can provide rentals or coordinate with a rental company on your behalf.

11. Do you handle cleanup after the event?

     •  Yes, we handle cleanup of food service areas. Additional cleanup services can be arranged.

 

Event Details

 

12. How far in advance do we need to book?

     • We require a minimum of 48 hours (2 business day) notice. For large events, we recommend booking 3-6 months in advance, especially for peak seasons. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.

13. How much time do you need for setup?

     • We typically need 1-2 hours for setup, depending on the size of the event and menu complexity.

14. Do you handle outdoor events?

     •  Yes, we cater outdoor events and can provide equipment like tents or heat lamps for an additional cost.

 

Food and Beverage

 

15. Do you provide bar services?

     • Yes, we offer full bar service, including licensed bartenders and customizable drink packages.

16. What happens to leftover food?

     •  Leftovers can be packed up and provided to you.

17. Do you prepare food on-site or off-site?

     • We can do both, depending on the venue’s facilities and the menu requirements.

18. Missing or broken items?

     • We charge full price for any missing or broken rental items.

 

Post-Event

​

19. What is your cancellation policy?

     •  A 48 hour cancellation notice must be provided, and any last minute cancellations

will be charged 50% of the original order price. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance receive a refund, minus any processing fees. For larger events, cancellations within 30 days may forfeit the deposit.

20. How do you handle special requests or last-minute changes?

     • We do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, though additional charges may apply depending on the request.
